不能。okpay在中國(guó)的控制非常嚴(yán)格，目前關(guān)于okpay的爭(zhēng)議非常大，無(wú)論賬戶里是錢還是okpay，都可能有利息。用比特幣兌換外匯是不現(xiàn)實(shí)的。
